How we handle your information

• Registration details: your name, email address, telephone number, company name (or confirmation you are registering as an individual) and your typed signature, together with the version of the referral terms you accepted.
• Lead details: the information you submit about a project or customer you are referring, which may include the contact details of the person or business you introduce.
• Portal activity: the status of your leads, agreed commission amounts and payment records associated with your account.
• Sign-in information: the email address you use to sign in. Passwords are not stored — we use one-time sign-in links sent by email.

• To set up and manage your referral partnership and your portal account, and to operate the sign-in link service (this is necessary to perform our agreement with you).
• To assess, validate and progress the leads you submit, calculate your reward and pay it when due (necessary to perform our agreement).
• To keep a record of the terms you accepted and any changes to your agreement (necessary to perform the agreement and for our legal record-keeping obligations).
• To contact you about your leads, your account or changes to the scheme (necessary for the agreement, and where appropriate our legitimate interest in communicating about work you referred).

We do not use your details to market unrelated products to you, and we do not sell your personal information.

Your lead details are shared with the Build & Padel team who review referrals, at the sales@buildandpadel.co.uk mailbox, and with payment providers or professional advisers where needed to pay your reward or meet legal obligations. We keep your information with our hosting and data storage providers, who process it on our behalf under contract and only as needed to run this portal.

Your account, agreement and lead records are stored in the portal database. We keep them while your referral partnership is active. After that we keep only what we need for tax, accounting and record-keeping purposes, and personal information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or ask us to transfer it.
