How it works
From introduction to reward
1. Choose your model and register
Pick the flat rate (1% of eligible revenue received) or the tiered rate (2% / 1% / 0.5% across bands). Registration takes about two minutes: your details, a typed signature and acceptance of the heads of terms. Your model is fixed for 12 months.
2. Introduce a project
Submit one short form per opportunity. Your current model is attached automatically and stays with the job for its whole life if the referral is accepted. Our team reviews every introduction and confirms acceptance, rejection or a request for more information.
3. Track your reward
Your portal shows each lead, its status, eligible revenue received, commission earned, commission paid and the outstanding balance. Rewards are settled monthly following receipt of customer funds and are capped at £10,000 per job.
The heads of terms in brief
1. Your selection
Your selected referral model and its full rates are shown in this agreement. Your initial 12-month commitment starts when registration and acceptance are completed.
2. Changing models
After 12 months, you may switch models in the portal. Each switch starts a new 12-month commitment. If you do nothing, your model continues and you may switch later.
3. Registering opportunities
Submit a genuine project opportunity and an introduction you have permission to share. Submission alone does not mean acceptance or entitlement to commission. Build & Padel will review and confirm acceptance or rejection.
4. Assigning the model
The model in force when you submit a lead is recorded against it. If accepted, that model remains attached to the job throughout its life, even if you later change models.
5. Eligible revenue
Commission is calculated on money actually received by Build & Padel for the accepted project scope, excluding VAT, refunds, credits and any exclusions expressly agreed when accepting the referral. Where Build & Padel earns only a management or introduction fee, only that fee qualifies.
6. Payment
One referral reward applies per accepted job, capped at £10,000. It may be paid in instalments as customer receipts arrive. Commission is settled monthly following receipt of customer funds, subject to receiving a valid partner invoice where required. No commission is due on unpaid customer invoices. Refunds or credits may require a documented adjustment.
7. Project scope
Agreed additions to the same job remain under its original model and shared cap. Future sites and genuinely separate projects require a new accepted referral. There is no lifetime commission entitlement over a customer.
8. Existing and duplicate leads
Existing active opportunities and duplicate referrals may be declined. Build & Padel confirms the accepted referring partner and project scope before commission entitlement is established.
9. Working relationship
This is a non-exclusive referral arrangement. Partners cannot quote, make commitments or enter contracts on behalf of Build & Padel. Registration does not guarantee work or income.
10. Information and authority
Only share contact information you are authorised to provide. Keep non-public project information confidential and disclose any conflict or restriction affecting your ability to receive a referral fee.
11. Stopping participation
Either party may end participation by written notice. This does not change the agreed model or entitlement for existing accepted jobs; the payment and project conditions above continue to apply.
